Terms of sale and delivery

General
These terms apply to all purchases made via this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, such as inaccuracies in product descriptions, technical specifications, or pricing. In the event of a manifest pricing error (e.g., a price that is clearly incorrect), we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Prices
All prices are quoted in EUR including 25% VAT.

Payment options
Stripe, Apple Pay & Swish payment systems.

Delivery time
Orders placed on weekdays are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. We reserve the right for transportation delays beyond our control.

Shipping and handling
Delivery is normally 1-3 business days to mailbox/door or agent.

  • Nordic countries: 9.99 EUR
  • EU: 9.99 EUR

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

We do not deliver to countries outside the EU, with the exception of Norway, Iceland, and England.

Excluded territories:
Please note that we do not deliver to the the following specific regions
Norway: Svalbard and Jan Meyen
Denmark: Faroe Islands & Greenland

Deliveries Outside the EU
Orders shipped outside the European Union, does not include customs duties, import taxes, or other fees at checkout. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We do not collect or reimburse them. By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover all customs-related costs and comply with local import regulations.

Complaints
Defects or damage must be reported within 10 days. Contact our complaints department via [email protected] for RMA number. Damaged outer packaging is not accepted as a reason for complaint.

Right of withdrawal (distance selling)
As a private customer, you have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you receive it. To initiate a return, email [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending items back. Products must be unopened, in their original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we do not provide return shipping labels. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure your package is intact and well-packed, as you remain responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process refunds to your original payment method within 30 days. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your expense. Additionally, you are liable for any customs charges/fees, if applicable.

Canceling an order
We reserve the right to cancel an order if it is deemed to be fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of such cancellation, the payment made will be refunded, less any payment and transaction fees incurred in connection with the order.

Uncollected parcels
Uncollected shipments will be charged SEK 350 for handling.

Warranties
1 year factory warranty on all products unless otherwise stated.

Ownership
The goods remain the property of Vendora Nordic AB until full payment is received.

Damage to packages
Report visible damage directly to the carrier and refuse acceptance if necessary. Hidden damage is reported to the carrier as soon as possible and then to us if a dispute arises.

Sales to minors
We do not sell to people under 18 without parental consent.

Information on cookies
This website uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device to enable functionality and analyze the use of the website. You can refuse cookies in your browser. Read more on the website of the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority.

Personal data (GDPR)
Vendora Nordic AB is the data controller for the processing of the information you provide when purchasing or contacting us. We only collect data that is required to:

- process and deliver your order,
- handle payment and customer service,
- send you newsletters or promotions if you have consented to this.

What data is stored?
Name, address, phone number, email address, IP address and purchase history. Social security number is stored by payment service for invoice purchases. Data is stored as long as there is a legal basis (e.g. the Accounting Act).

Data protection
We use SSL/TLS encryption and industry-standard security methods to protect personal data. The platform is operated by KodeGen in Sweden.

Changes to terms and conditions
Vendora Nordic AB reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. New terms and conditions are published on https://myfirst.se/en/terms and apply from the date of publication.

Disputes and choice of law
Disputes that are not resolved in dialog can be reported to the General Complaints Board (arn.se) or the EU's ODR platform. We follow ARN's decisions. Swedish law is applied.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
Vendora Nordic AB is not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of data or loss of profit. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

We are exempt from liability for failure to perform certain obligations if the failure is due to Force Majeure. This includes circumstances such as government intervention, new/amended legislation, labor disputes, war, fire, flood, sabotage, or major technical disruptions beyond our control.
